POWTOWN CROSSFIT
FOUNDATIONS
This 6 session program will focus on teaching CrossFit's foundational movements through quality body mechanics and a variety of workouts. Athletes will become familiar with the gym, the equipment and the variety of workout styles and terminology used in CrossFit. The Foundations Course is not a requirement to join, but it is highly recommended if you have little experience with CrossFit.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect to complete this series with the knowledge and confidence to participate in Powtown CrossFit's group programming. The volume of training in this program will be appropriate for someone starting out in CrossFit. After this program, your body will be prepared to gradually increase the volume of training. You will leave with a great foundation to continue learning and safely build strength.
WHEN?
Our next Foundations intake starts Monday March 10th. This will run Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, ending on Thursday March 27th.
REGISTRATION INFO
Registration Costs:​
$120+ GST (equal to $20/class)
Includes the 6 classes, plus a free week of unlimited group classes valid until April 5th 2025.
After that, the promo rate of $100 for your first month of an unlimited membership still applies.

Recommended Equipment (not required)
Proper footwear - running shoes, training shoes etc.
